Job description

Working as part of the HR Team this role will support the recruitment team. This is an exciting, fast paced role where you will be involved in the Recruitment administration

The role requires someone whose key strength is organisation and who can cope with multi-tasking and prioritising their workload to match the peaks and troughs in Recruitment activities.

This role offers excellent growth opportunities to potentially move into a wider Talent role and get involved in all aspects of recruitment.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Provide organisational and administrative support to the recruitment team including; interview scheduling, interview follow-up
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication throughout the full process
  • Support and maintain the recruitment system (Greenhouse)
  • Keep all files up to date, including filing of all job descriptions
  • Monitor social networking activity relating to recruitment
  • Management of ad hoc projects as assigned

Profile

Requirements 

  • Desire to discover the recruitment business
  • Great organizational and communication skills
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good level in English
  • Interest in IT or web ecosystem is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to apply initiative to work independently as well as contribute to the effectiveness of a larger Talent team.
