Job description

At Teads, we do quality advertising at scale. We re-invented video advertising and now have a reach of 1.9 billion unique users per month powered by an end-to-end proprietary platform. Teads roadmap is full of ambitious projects related to the evolution of our offering for both publishers and advertisers including CTV, Apps and new solutions for planning, targeting, insights, supply quality, business intelligence, etc.

 

The industry is in the middle of a big transformation: disappearance of third party cookies, and more and more regulations around user privacy. Teads advocates for sustainable and respectful user targeting, and has been for years a specialist in contextual targeting and real-time profiling solutions.

You’ll join one of our feature teams in Montpellier, whose mission is to build these sustainable and advanced targeting solutions for premium advertisers. The team is a fully autonomous team composed of software engineers, date engineers and data scientists.

 As a Senior Product Manager, your missions will be to : 

  • Shape the roadmap: 
  • Collect and gather perfectly user needs: challenge and describe them in a clear and concise way
  • Assess the business opportunities proactively: Competitive Intelligence and permanent market analysis
  • Communicate on priorities: clear scope, milestones, ETAs and sponsorship from the key stakeholders (Sales, Campaign Managers, Finance)
  • Deliver the roadmap: 
  • Communicate efficiently with the software engineers
  • Maintain an up-to-date planning to communicate on the effort and progress to the Chief Product Officer
  • Support the worldwide roll-out of your products, with analysis of the adoption, reporting of success (measuring incremental revenues,...)
  • Support business and operations teams in their day-to-day activities (knowledge sharing, issues troubleshooting, feedback collection)

Profile

Your skills and experiences: 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or engineering
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Functional Leader in a tech/web company
  • Fluent in english and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Collaboration with R&D team, understanding of the product from a technology perspective
  • Strong analysis and communication skills that ensure the projects are delivered on time
  • Passionate, innovative, and fast learner

Bonus points : 

  • A previous experience in the advertising sector
  • A previous experience working on data targeting solutions or data science topics.
